Remember the car accident?

Some of you who have been reading the blog for a while will remember that fateful day in March when Tim got in a car accident. We asked you to pray for a speedy repair and resolution to that situation. Well... nearly 2 months later, we are still waiting for the repair quotes so we can take them to the insurance company. Sigh. All the parts have to come from overseas so it just takes a while to track them all down. We are talking daily to the mechanic to see if we can't move things along, but it is excruciatingly slow!
Please pray that we will soon get the quotes so repairs can happen. In the meantime we are driving a vehicle that belongs to our group. We pay by the kilometer to use that vehicle. We are thankful to have that option!

John and I just returned from a week in the Smokies. We were able to see God at work in John's life. He was in the hospital to have the sack around his lungs emptied of fluid. Now the docs are trying to find out why it fills up. But the good news was that John was able to hike a great deal and feel good. Since we were with family it was so wonderful to see him feeling good. How good God is. I know that things will move re your car in His time. It does have to be frustrating! I am so happy to be able to read your blogs. I look forward to them immensely. It gives me the opportunity to pray more intelligently for you, Tim and the girls! I couldn't imagine you doing anything else but to include "public relations" in your life -- you are so made for that!
